Who We Are
1) Just Christians:
We are not a denomination because we believe Jesus wanted His Church to be in unity, not division (John 17:21). That is why we do not identify ourselves with any man-made label or method, but simply describe ourselves the way the Bible does: as the church of (or belonging to) Christ (Rom. 16:16).
2) Just Followers of the Bible:
The Apostle Paul wrote, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works” (2 Tim. 3:16-17). This means the only book we need to know how to live the Christian life is the Bible. That is why we teach- not other creeds or dogmas, but only what the Bible says.
3) Just People Who Love People:
God wants “all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” (2 Tim. 2:4); and we want that too! Jesus commanded His Church to “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you” (Matt. 28:19-20); and so that is our mission! To obtain salvation, God has told us to
1. Hear His Word (Rom. 10:17)
2. Believe in His Son (John 3:16)
3. Repent of Our Sins (Acts 2:38)
4. Confess Jesus as Lord (Rom. 10:17)
5. Be Baptized resulting in Salvation (Acts 2:38; 1 Pet. 3:21)

We are honored that the Waupaca Historical Society wrote a Facebook post about our building. We are blessed to have such a beautiful building for the church to meet in.
